A petition to the Marion county
court Wednesday by.L. A. Esson
asks that a road be constructed
between market road 73 and a
plot of 70 acres of his land. The
road would be about 20 chains
long. At present, the "petitioner
states, he has no access to any

Turn in Tokens
All red tokens in possession of
retailers, wholesalers and pri
mary ! distributors of rationed
meats and fats must be turned in
to ration bank accounts by De
cember 11, G. M. Hafenbrack,
OPA ration banking executive,
advised today. The meats-fats ra
tion stamps, however, need not be
turned in, but may be disposed of.
The tokens, used in the ration
program as change-makers, are
government property, Hafenbrack
pointed out, and are to be col
lected In order to prevent their
misuse. The tokens need not be
counted and may be placed either
in the standard containers or in a
sealed envelope.
