Bobby Soxer Charged With
Hatchet-Murder of Aged Tailor
I NEW YORK, Oct 26-(P)hLena Theresa Neistedt, 16-yearld bob
by soxer, today was charged

Then she picked up his wallet
containing five dollars and left,

back to get it, struck the uncon
scious man again, put the weapon
in her handbag and went home.
She said she had been arrested
in November, 1944, for stealing
$20 from a neighbor and had been
put ion probation. f '
, Skipping schooled to' Lena's
arrest last night. When police in
vestigated, they said they found a
hatchet, blood stained clothing and
a man's wallet. , c '
Lena lived with her mother,
