Hulst on North Capitol street is her brother, PFC Richard L. Weldin, a member of the 87th infantry division. He was liberated on May 8 after being held a prisoner for five and a half months at Luken berg and Lukenwalde, Germany. He says he received fair treat ment but suffered continually from starvation and th cold weather.
