We Do to Aid Servicemen Now
in Salem? will be discussed in
formally under the leadership of
Mrs. Raynor Smith, 1 Jr. The
topics to jbe - discussed at these
evenings meetings will deal
with the practical application of
Christian living to Salem life.
At a recent meeting, the spon
sors of this group expressed the
desire that this group organize
a regular Sunday morning class
period and that a monthly rec
reational night be held.

of George W. Kutch, who died
July 7, has been filed .with the
Polk count probate : court with
Ira D. Mix, president of the First
NatLoaal bank of Independence as
administrator.
The estate, which is valued In
excess of $30,000, was left prin
dpally to two nieces, Mrs. Nina
Whitman of Klamath Falls, and
Mrs. Wayne - Gregory of Eureka,
CahL, and the remainder divided
between 17 nieces, nephews,
brother, sister-in-law and friends
by the terms of a will executed
last; November. 1
