Rider now stationed in the Philippines, ; has Deen overseas tor the past 18 months and is serving "with a searchlight crew of an anti-aircraft battery. Recently he was cited for killing several Japs who attacked his outfit on another island. PIONEER Elmo Black has re cently received a Certificate of Merit. Elmo is an ammunition carrier and driver with the 134th infantry regiment of the 35th reg iment of the 35th division.
