unteers to exchange ideas, gain

Melt butter or substitute;
blend in flour and salt. Add milk
and stir, constantly until sauce
is thick. Mash eggs. Add eggs,
pepper and green pepper to
sauce. CooL Shape into four cut
lets and roll in crumbs. Place in
refrigerator for one hour. Saute
in drippings until cutlets are
nicely browned. Serve immedi
