applictaion for permission to serve
24 more western cities while ad
ding 145 . miles to its existing
routes. .
The cities include:
Oregon Klamath Falls, Bend,
North Bend, Marshfield, The
Dalles, Astoria and Baker.
Washington Chehalis, Cen
tralis, Olympian Hoquiam, Aber
deen and Yakima.
. Idaho Lewiston, Clarkston,
Gooding and Twin Falls.
Of these the neighboring cities
of North Bend - Marshfield -
Chehalis - Centralis, Hoquiam -
Aberdeen and Lewiston - Clarks
ton would be . served by single
airfields.

Ends Today
i Taxpayers who make their pay
ments by 5 p. m. today will receive
the 3 per cent rebate allowed for
payment in full. The office will
close at 5 p. m., Harold Domagal-
la, chief deputy in charge said.
Long lines of taxpayers crowded
the courthouse Monday and Tues
day and more than 5000 have met
their payments. More than 2000
letters arrived in the mail Tues
day. A total of nearly 34,000 state
ments were sent out.

by Southern Pacific company for
