three-day vacation at Taft
Mrs. Glenn Ettinger fell on the
stain at the hotel Oct. 13 and
broke her elbow, two ribs and a
bone in her hand. The cast has
now been removed.
Mrs. Nell Stahlman is now em
ployed as cook at Rimer's camp.
Mrs. Wilbur Meinert left .Tues
day to join her husband, who is
stationed at San Diego. Their son
is staying at the home of Mrs.
Meinert's parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Alonzo Daly.
Guests of Mrs. Violet Turnldge
last week end were her parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Bert Pickens, and
sister Shirley of Forest Grove.
Mrs. Ed Schroeder and two
children of Roseburg are visiting

was organized last Thursday in

Meeting day has not been decid
ed. The school will be short two
children this week end when Don
ald and Betty Cobern move away.
Mrs. Karen Sorensen of Genoa,
Neb., will spend the winter with
her daughter and son-in-law, Mr.
and Mrs. Lawrence Bagger of Kei
rer, and her son and daughter-in-law,.

of the club, who is leaving Sun
day for training, was honored with
