Kaufman and Clarence Simmons Maxine Dick and Charles Simmons; births were re ported to Merl Philippi and Perle Bye, both daughters; deaths were the infant son of the George Kauf mans, and Mrs. Flora Clark of Sa lem, one of the first pupils of the school. Interment was at Crescent cemetery, Mrs. Leedy was the widow of B. J. Leedy, former master of the Oregon State grange, who died In 1S21.
