under a law of the 1943 legisla

county courts in full and not sum
marized, the state supreme court
ruled here Tuesday.
The suit was brought by W. T.
Vinton, McMinnville attorney as
a taxpayer, against the Yamhill
county court which sought to pub
lish ' the budget in summarized
form. The supreme court deci

in early sales stumbling to the

dition in some sections of Kansas
and Nebraska caused some trad
ers to revise their figures on the
amount of wheat acreage that
may be abandoned. There also
were reports that seeding of spring
wheat was under way in some
