Forestry Plan

cussed at the scoutmasters' round
table held at .the Argo hotel Fri
day night, under the j direction of
Robert Lantz, newly named 'com
missioner of the Salem district
I pn Saturday, March 4, 30 scouts,
two being chosen from each troop
Ini the district will climb on for
estry trucks at the Victory cen
ter and journey to the Silver Falls
burn, where each ot : them will
plant 100 trees. The procedure
will be repeated on March 18 with
another 30 scouts being picked. On
each ot the Saturdays .4000 trees
