stocks of wheat, oats and corn on
farms than a year ago, contrasted
with a much Increased livestock
population, supported a broad up
turn In. all grains today. Rye and
barley gained more than a cent,
wheat advanced almost a cent and
oats : were .ahead fractionally.
The. December wheat contract
sold at $1.53, Equaling" the sea
sonal peak established in March.
This was the highest price for
any wheat, delivery in the past
15 years'. In the cash market. No.
2 - white oats brought 8 cents ' a
bushel, another, new high for the
