Albany to Get ; New 'V'Center ALBANY Construction of new victory center for Albany is to be started soon, authorization for the same having been received here by G. T. Hockensmith, Al bany postmaster. The center will be located on the postoffice block between . the, postoffice and the Greyhound ter minal building, tentative plans calling for either a building or housed platform, the cost of which is to be between $1300 and $1500. Construction also calls for the erection of a fence to enclose the entire lot. Hockensmith asked for and re ceived the permission to erect the buildings on the postoffice block at the request of Harold Farns, Linn county bond sales chairman. Permission was received from W, E.
