by Rep. Maas (R-Minn).
Ranking minority member of
the house naval committee and a
flying colonel in the marine corps
reserve, he announced he would
introduce legislation to coordin
ate the various war activities.
"We may win the war with our

and conflicting bureaucracy, he
said in a statement, "but if we
