He was found dead in bed at his home in the Sleepy Hollow region. He had arranged to take his sister, Mrs. Nick Krebs of Broad acres, to, town Tuesday morning and when he failed to appear, . Mrs. Krebs sent her son, Law rence, to find out if anything was wrong. Lawrence Krebs found the door locked Land finally broke it in to find his uncle had passed away during the night He was born in Yanktown, SD February 14, 1876. He had lived in Orecon three years, coming here from Nebraska, and had lived In the Sleepy Hollow district six months. He is survived by his sons. Paul of Stockton, Calif., and John of St. Paul, Minn., , and his sister, Mrs. Krebs. Funeral services , will be held Saturday morning at St Luke's catholic church at 9 o'clock.
