AT, 9:30 o'clock this morning. Rev. Robert Hutchinson will read
the services that unites Miss Mary Jane Vaughn, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Albert D. Vaughn, and Mr. Craig Z. Randall, Eon
of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Randall. The ceremony will be in the
Tirst Congregational church.
The bride will wear a suit of dusty pink and brown accessories.
Her corsage will be orchid orchids.
The matron of honor will be Mrs. Alvin Potter, who will wear
a pink ensemble with navy accessories.
Mr. George Hochstettler will act as best man for the groom.
Mrs. Vaughn will wear pale blue crepe with floral print in navy
blue, and navy accessories. For her son's wedding, Mrs. Randall
has selected a navy blue ensemble with white trim and navy ac
cessories. Their corsages will be gardenias.
A dessert luncheon at the home of the bride's parents on Mo
Coy street will follow the wedding. Pink and white flowers will
blend with the wedding cake, which is decorated in pink and white,
.. Miss Vaughn is a graduate of Salem high school and has
, been'employed at the Pacific Telegraph and Telephone company.

MISS KAY BOOTH has announced
plans for her wedding to Mr. George
Robinson on Friday, August 7 at the home
of her aunt, Mrs. Dwight Wygatt on Hazel
avenue.
The bride-elect has asked Mrs. Donald
Tower to be her honor attendant, her cousin,
Miss Marilyn Wyatt to play and her aunt
Mrs. Robert Wyatt to sing. Mr. Booth will
ive his daughter in marriage.
Mr. Calvin Kent will be' best man.
Following the ceremony, to which only
members of the family and a few close
frienfis have been invited, a reception will
be held. ,
Both Miss Booth and Mrs. Robinson at
tended schools In Enterprise and graduated
from University of Oregon.' She is a member
of Sigma Kappa and is now at the state

The garden at the home of Mr. and Mrs. N. E. Edwards on State street

will be the scene of the wedding of Miss Jeannette London to Mr. Thomas Bruce
Blair. The ceremony will be read at 4 o'clock this afternoon.
Miss London is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray London, and Mr. Blair
is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert T. Blair of Portland.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, will be attired in a jacket dress
of light turquoise alpaca, worn with black accessories and a corsage of
orchids.
She will be attended by Mrs. Carl Wood of Portland, who will wear a
redingote dress of rose biege silk crepe, copper-brown accessories and a cor
sage of gladioluses and Talisman roses.
Mr. Robert Richard Blair will attend his brother as best man.
For her daughter's wedding, Mrs. London selected a print of silk jersey
to be worn with black accessories. Her corsage will be of violas and white
stephanotis. Mrs. Blair will wear a navy blue silk dress with matching cft
cessories and a corsage of pink roses and stephanotis. j '
A reception will be held in the garden after' the ceremcny. Mrs. Robert
Varley will assist at the punch bowl and Mrs. William Mess will cut the
cake. Assisting will be Miss Beular Blair, sister of the groom. Miss Lou Ann
. Harris; and Mrs. Waldo Taylor, all of Portland, Mrs. Derald Herbert of Eugene,
Mrs. John Prescott of Corvallis, and Miss Roberta Keefer, Salem, Miss Shirley
Harris of Portland will pass the guest book.
The bride attended Portland schools and is a graduate cf Oregon State
college. She is a member of Delta Delta Delta.'ie groom is also a graduate
of Portland schools and Oregon State college where he took chemical engin
eering. He is a member of Theta Xi fraternity-. Mr. and Mrs. Elair will live in
Salem until he is assigned to duty with the naval reserve in which he holds
