Completes Studies
SILVERTON Harold Davis,
principal of the Silverton high
school for the last two years, snd
a member of the local teaching;
staff for the 10 vears nrevious to
that, has completed his superin-
tendent's credentials for Oreeon I
and returned to Silverton after a
summer spent at the University of
Oregon
Mr. Davis will spend three
weeks at Silverton after which he
and Mrs. Davis and their boys will
move to Cottage Grove where he
will be principal of the Union high
school there.
Picnic Dinner Party

from San Diego, and the birthday

son was badly bruised and cut in
an accident involving their car
and another car from here, on
the North Santiam highway re
cently. Mrs. John Estey received
bruises and their car considerable
damages when they were hit by
another car on a narrow bridge
near Niagara.
