-r 4 tablespoons chopped bacon
! pound cubed lamb shoulder
4 tablespoons flour ,
1 teaspoon salt
' V4 teaspoon pepper
Va cup chopped celery .
V cup diced green peppers
1 cups tomatoes
2 tablespoons butter
Heat bacon in frying pan, add
lamb sprinkled with flour, salt
and pepper. Mix in celery, pep
per and tomatoes. Cover and
simmer an hour until very ten
der. Addbutter, serve.
