Man Expected
Members and friends of the
Presbyterian church will hear the
story of the world's best seller at
the 10:55 Sunday morning service
when Dr. Ralph W. Bayless, sec
retary for the American Bible
society in the Pacific district,
speaks on "A Light in the Night
Dr. Bayless works out of the
San Francisco office, dividing his
time between California, Nevada,
Oregon, Washington, Alaska and
Hawaii.
The senior vested choir, direct
ed by Virginia Ward Elliott, will
sing the anthem, "The Beati
tudes," (Shelley). The solo,
"Whither Shall I Go From Thy
Spirit?" (MacDermid) will be
sung by Virginia Ward Elliott.
Organ selections being played
by Prof. Frank Churchill will in
clude the prelude, "Homage to
Batiste," (Rockwell), the offer
tory, "FJegie," (Massenet) and
the postlude, "March in A," (Dig-
gle).
The night message will b
brought by W. Irvin Williams,
speaking on "An Understanding
Heart." Special music will be pre
sented. A Junior Christian En
deavor group will be organized at
4:30 and everyone interested ia
asked to meet at that time with

fit from the dance scheduled by
the VFW Cootie club for March 8
at the VFW hall, officers of the
club announced Friday night.
