decree and order of sale, and in

o'clock A. M. at the west door
of the County Court House in
Salem, Marion County, State of
Oregon, sell at public auction
(subject to redemption) to the
highest bidder for cash in hand,
all the right, title and interest
which the within named defend
ants and each and all of the de
fendants named in the above en
titled suit had on the 2nd day of
July, 1934, the date of the mort
gage herein foreclosed, or since
said date have obtained or acquir
ed in and to the above described
real property or any part there
of, to satisfy said execution, judg
