Annual Polk County 4-H Club Achievement Day Program Set For December 5 at Dallas DALLAS The annual Polk county 4H club Achievement day, sponsored by the Dallas chamber of commerce, is to be held this year on December 5 at the Majestic theatre in Dallas.'
