First Blue Book Copies Are Issued First copies of the 1941-42 Ore gon blue book, largest volume of its kind ever printed here, were received by the secretary of state Wednesday. Additional copies were to be de livered by the state printer later in the week. The book contains 351 pages s with many photographs of state officials and state ball dings. The cover is in blue with a photograph of the pioneer statue atop the new state capital build ing. A number of new features dealing with governmental sta tistics and information are con tained in the book.
