Salem Dog Owners Warned; Ordinance Being Enforced WEST SALEM The city has warned dog owners many times to "keep their dogs tied or on their premises. Friday the city officials decided to enforce the ordinance by arresting dog own ers after numerous complaints had been received. A warrant was issued for the arrest of L. T. Wallace for letting a dog run at large. A brief hear ing was held on Friday and the case will be continued this week. Mrs. B. K. Engelhorn, who has been visiting in Portland for sev eral weeks, is expected home Sun day. She has been staying at the home of her oldest daughter, Mrs. C. C.
