":rj Under the water board's plan each delinquent water user will be sent a formal notice that he is in arrears. He will then be re quired to Sign a statement pledg ing himself to pay: the amount due in installments of not less than a dollar, and extending not more than one year, plus all cur rent bills. Failing this, water will be disconnected and meter locked. Most of the city; water users keep paid up and it was pointed out that those who get behind in paying constitute a financial bur den on -the entire community. Mrs. Clara Van Loan, worthy matron of Adah chapter, and, Mrs. Mabel Settle- mier, past worthy grand matron of Oregon, were introduced; The ceremony of initiation was exem plified by the officers. At the next regular meeting on Monday, May 12, the Rainbow Girls will furnish the program, which will be a degree honoring the mothers. The program will be open to mothers of Rainbow Girls who are not members of the Star. At the close refreshments were served by Jess Fikan, J.
