sive watch and a billfold contain

of Anderson, which he had hung
over a doorknob in his bedroom,
Anderson reported to police. The
family car was also entered, but
nothing taken. The burglar ap
parently entered the house by use
of a pass key. ,

Unable to Reach
Alleged Drunken Driving
A justice court jury was dismissed late Thursday afternoon
when it informed Justice of the Peace Joseph B. Felton that it
could not reach a verdict in the case of Frani W. Rosebo rough,
tried on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
' The jury, which was out for
minutes, returned to the court
with the statement that it had
been unable to reach an agree
ment on the verdict, and was re
leased by Judge Felton.
Roseborough was arrested sev
eral weeks ago. '
