1, caps pear nectar '
4 cup-'grannlated sugar -
a tablespoons lemon juice
1 Few gralas salt ' - :T
' 4 teaspoons plain gelatine :

1 . 7 -ounce sponge cake v
Currant or other tart Jelly
Whipped cream for frosting
'Combine nectar sugar, lemon '
juice and aalt and heat to boiling.
Molster gelatine In water, add to
hot mixture and stir to dissolve.
Chill until' thick but not firm.
Whip cream and fold into gelatine

ONIONS
1 slice ham (center cut, 1-lnch
thick)
C medium-sized onions
4 ; teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
. 4 i cup canned consomme
Place ham in greased baking
