Early Start on " Oiling Planned Early start on planning next summer's road oiling program waa urged on the county court by County Commissioner Ralph Gir od, himself a road oiling expert. at yesterday's session of the court, Members of the court indicat ed that there will be an early start, possibly next week, on map ping tne summer work, but that the court should first inspect all old oiled roads to see how the work is holding up.
