DePinto originally was received
at the state penitentiary here
from Muttnwmaji county on De
cember 2. lSnto" serve a 10 year
term for assault with a dangerous
weapon.
The order revoking the pardon
charged that DePinto had failed
to make his monthly reports and
had associated with criminals and
drug addicts.
