Wedding Read in Silverton St. Paul's Catholic church at Silrerton was the scene of a wed ding ceremony solemnised at nine o'clock Thursday morning when Miss Geraldlne Fry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs . J William Fry of Scott Mills, became the bride of Alois Imper. 1 son of Brown of hit! Ansel. . Rey. Father Cummins, offici ated, at the mass and. read the nuptial rows before a large num ber of relatives and friends. Sis ter Olirette played .the wedding march and Miss Agnes Walker sans;. M r s . Rosella Tr arias ac companied heir at the organ. w The high altar was beautiful with snapdragons, lilies and light- ed tapers. The sanctuary was dec orated with large baskets of re gal lilies, delphiniums and ocean pray. The bride wat gireni in mar riage by her father and was love ly in a gown of white Telra ray, semi-princess Style, with sweet heart neckline. Her yell was fin gertip; length and -caught about her head in cap effect with or ange blossom wreath. J. tmper, who wore a gown of aq.na taffeta and! carried an arm bou quet of' peach colored gladioli. , I Miss Pauline Oiter was brides maid. Alfred Oster was best man. Arrll Fry "was usher. " Mrs. William Fry wor a blua figured erepe and corsage cf pink carnations and rosebuds. r Mrs. Joe Brown wore- black crepe and a corsage of pink rose buds and sweetpeas. ..The , wedding . breakfast " was serred at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Knauf in Silrerton. ! Mrs. Joe- Schneider, Mrs. Mil ton Knauf, Mrs. Herb Woodford, Miss Maxlne Woodford, Miss Mar garet Schen, Miss Eleanor ! Returning to I her. home, la Medford for the summer is Miss Iola Lewis, talented art center student, who came to Ealem the first of the year for the purpose of attending the classes. -Through a Medford friend enrolled here Miss Lewis had heard of the out- standing Instruction in the Salem institution. She entered the classes as an adranced student, haring had previous training in Southern Oregon art schools. While at the art center she en rolled In hte painting, drawing, pottery, sculpture, ceramics and commercial' art classes.
