Milligan to Depart Monday for new Post in Bellingham Rev. J. C. Harrison, who will replace Rev. James E. Harrison has been super intendent or the Portland district for the past seven years and pre vious to that was pastor of the Centenary Wilbur Methodist church In Portland for fire years.
