pital April 29 was solved yester
day when his body, bearing a gun
shot woand, was found in a brush
patch obi property owned by Floyd
Tharp and J. R. Linn near the
railroad east of Falrview home,
'Sheriff A. C. Burk reported. The
body ; was , diseorered iy John
Thompson and Harold Reiners,
' dairy employes who had cone out
to slash brush.
No lnqnest will be necessary,
the coroner's office said last night,
A revolver was found near Lanke'a

poor health and had been residing
at the hospital.
. Funeral services will be held at
10:30, a.m. Saturday from the
Walker-Howell chapel with Inter
ment in Belcrest Memorial park. '

Aberdeen proving Grounds, Md..

dress rehearsal of the mammoth
Boy Scout circus to be staged on
Sweetland field Saturday night at
8 o'clock. The circus will be a
rapid-fire ten ring show- full of
excitement without intervals. Thl-

ed to produce. The circus is a ben
efit for Camp Pioneer.
The circus will depict the activ
ities of scouting and show the peo
ple tbet objectives of the Boy
Scout program. Cubs, scouts, skip
pers and scouters will participate

include the grand entry, games,

' features, senior scouting, fires and
chariots, camping, pioneering and
