dessert bridge for which Miss
Dorothy Blaisdell and Miss Vel
ma May were hostesses last night
at Schneider's dining room.
Ret. W. Lawrence Wells mar
ried the coaple in 1 Washington
on New ".'ear's ere. Mrs. McJury
Is well known in the capital and
attended Salem schools. She later
attended Oregon State ; college
where she was affiliated with
Pi Beta Phi. ' This winter she
resided In Portland and was em
ployed at the First National bank.
Mr. Mc Jo y is a well known
skier and is a member of the
Cascade Ski and Y-East Ski
clubs and Multnomah Amatenr
Athletic club. He is now connect
ed with the First National bank

will reside.

tion! GINGER PUFFS
1 cups flour
4 teaspoon salt
teaspoon soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon
