place, moved into an apartment.

Delp Changes Plea, Gets
$100 Fine, Jail Sentence
DALLAS Clarence Arthur
Delp, who was indicted by the
Polk county grand jury, on a
charge of driving while drunk,
and who at first pleaded not
guilty, changed his plea to guil
ty and was fined $100 and given
a 30-day jail sentence.
Betty Scotcbier, 18, high school senior, who recently announced, her
engagement to John O'ConneIL'21, Mind student at the University
of California. Betty,' who'studied voice, was a reader for blind
students at the nniverstty when O'Connen heard her voice. As
' time went on he fell in love with the voice and she fell in love
with him. They sent each other love notes in Braille, which she has
mastered. They plan to set the date soon. O'Connell la the son
