DALLAS, Feb. ! 26 The state
industrial accident - commission
has filed suit in the Polk county
circuit court against Harold H.
Wlthrow to collect 947.63 which
they allege Is due them. They also
are asking for interest on 9 S 8.1 5
at a rate of one per cent a month
from March 1, 1937, and costs
and disbursement in connection
with the suit.

shipped from Salem this week by
the Marlon county chapter of
the Red Cross for. the flood dis
aster relief concentration: ware
house 'at St. Louis, . Mo. .; ,
The shipment, Including 25
cases each of beans and prunes
donated by the Hillman Packing
company and 500 pounds -of
dried prunes given by Miss Mary
Reynolds, Is the only such relief
donations made here. The South
ern Pacific railway is carrying
the relief shipment east free of
charge.
