Carl Yearn Noland who paid a fine

was found guilty and fined 1 50

larceny , in the. dwelling of F. G.
Schol near Broadacres. After, a
preliminary hearing GIgger was
held to answer to circuit court un
der $5000 bail which he could not
fnrinsh. He was committed to
the county jail. The woman did
not appear. - -
Albert Glen Brown paid a fine
of $5 and costs for driving his
truck 45 miles per hour and Na
thaniel Whitlow was given a sim
ilar fine for driving, a truck at 46
miles per hour. -

Jeanne, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
C, V. Murray, fell from a swing
Sunday, striking the hard ground
with the top of her head. The fall
resulted, in unconsciousness fol
lowed by severe nauseous spells
during the day and evening. She
is being cared for at her home and
is reported to be Improving.
