Clarissa Anna Garland was horn in Linn county February 18,- 1863. and had spent her entire life In the state and most of it la Linn county.; She was the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel O. Garland. She was teft an orphan at the age of 15 years. On May If, 1880 she was married to M. B. Crafty Mr. Craft has been in bus iness In Albany for many years! Mrs. Craft was a member of the United Presbyterian church of Al bany. , Surviving are the husband, and two daughters, Miss Pearl Craft of Albany and Mrs. Agnes Wright of Portland. A son died at'the age of ten years. She is also survived by three half brothers, George L. Sutherland, Oren B. Cyrus and Warren Cyrus all of Scio, and two half sisters, Mrs. J. C. Goin, Port land and Mrs. Amanda Plummer of Scio. ; four year later they came to Ore gon, i f Surviving are the widower, two sons ami two daughters. The sons are A, F. Lough of Lebanon and W. B.
