He was a grad uate of Dallas high school, class of 1931, and attended one year at Oregon State college. It has a small residue from Its 1935 appropriation for old-age pensions which can probably be used for the pension checks next week since these are December , pay ments.' All the appropiratlon in the 1936 budget for the county, set up for old-age pensions, was diverted by the special session of the legislature to relief purposes.
