Steam 3 Vt hours. Serve warm. Foamy Sauce cup butter 3 cups confectioner's sugar cup cream 2 teaspoons vanilla Vi teaspoon lemon extract teaspoon salt 3 eggs, beaten Cream butter and sugar. Add cream and heat in double boiler until the mixture becomes very creamy. Stir constantly. Add rest of ingredients, mix well and serve warm. If desired a tablespoon of rum flavoring can be added to sauce. Steamed Carrot Pudding (Delicious and inexpensive. ) 1 cup grated raw potatoes 1 cup grated raw carrots l'cup flour 1 cup raisins cup sugar 1 1 teaspoon cinnamon teaspoon cloves Vt teaspoon nutmeg teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon soda Mix ingredients and half greased pudding mold. Cover tightly and steam 3 hours. Serve warm, cut in slices.
