Paul Judd who has been out of school since December a year ago due to Ill ness Is attending again. Heaters Awaiting Trial, Woodburn; Glen Rape in Jai WOODBURN, Dec. 14. Al though Douglas Heater and Dolph Heater nleaded not guilty to a charge of assault and battery upon' the person of Sam Stetter when they appeared at a prelim inary hearing before Justice of the Peace Hiram Overton, no date for their trial has been set. Glen Rape was committed to the county jail this week after having pleaded guilty to having been drunk on a public highway. He was fined $10 and S2.50 costs by Overton. As he could not pay, Rape was committed to the coun ty bastile. Guild to Meet Early Account Vesper Here HAZEL GREEN, Dec. 14.
