she Is enjoying her work, as a
stndent at Pomona college where
she registered last week. She has
only recently recuperated from
an operation for appendicitis In. a
Portland hospital. Her .sister,
Miss Louise Gallagher is In the
Good Samaritan .hospital in Port-
iana now, caving undergone t a

ing of the Mill City Women's club
