Riparian Rights- Plea Dismissed WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 (AP) -The appeal of . the Columbia Deschutes Power company, assert ing riparian rights to water from the Deschutes river in Wasco and Sherman counties in Oregon was dismissed Tuesday by the United States supreme court.
