The laws were being openly violated on ev ery side and buyers were com plaining. All berry prices were "shot during the day, Toungberries be ing the exception. These were not available generally. Moreland, IS, a long time resi dent of Monmouth, is seriously ill at his home following a stroke Sunday. He went to his barn about noon to feed a pig. and when he did not return Mrs. Moreland investigated finding him unconscious with a bucket of grain beside him. A young aoa.
