They became so hungry and It seemed the snow Just kept falling so they had a big snow plow come to Manama for provisions.. It took the crew 12 days to come ose way with 1 snow as deep as t feet to plow through. The plough reach ed here about 7 o clock Monday night and started back as soon aa it waa loaded. They expected it would take several days for the return trip as snow was falling fsst when they left the mines and In the 12 days required to make the trip no doubt there would be considerable snow to fight on the return trip. A truck attempted to go in with the provisions but got only as far as Elk Horn where the snow waa three feet deep. Sickness Strikes Several Blows at Mt. Angel Homes MT.
