Tuesday that the Recon struction Finance corporation is willing to loan apple growers of Washington. Oregon and Idaho 50 cent a box for production costs but will not loan 62 cents, as requested by the growers. The corporation has found, the paper was told, it costs about ffS cents a box to produce a box of apples In the northwest, and the present market price Is 60 cents.
