today.
Bancroft appears la the role of
a self-styled "big shot" from the
big town, merrily battling aloag

town, and settle down with the
boy, or to leave him to his own
resources, is the problem they
face. And their decision brings
startling results, as humorous as
they are dramatic

The story, written especially
for the popular comedy team by

town and depicts the amusing
events which follow upon the
marriage of Anita Page and Nor

about an Intense rivalry between
the respective mothers-in-law.
Things are bad enough when
they live apart, but when the de

and the fun gets fast and furi

never agree on anything, whether
it be who is to play Santa Claus,
the cut of their grandchildren's
hair or the wisdom of putting
their money Into a savings bank.
It Is the latter argument which
eventually brings about a crisis
