Finds Title at Fault And Has to go Home HAZEL GREEN, Aug. 26 Ellsworth Luckey, who made ne cessary application at Rosebur for claim near Brownsville, found that the agent that located him had been careless, having him to file on the wrong piece of land. The agent was unauthorized by the government. Mr. Luckey had his fee to the government return ed and his homestead risht. Mr. Luckey bought team, wagon and other equipment necessary to build a road to his claim and to build a house. He and nephew Earnest, drove to Brownsville be fore, knowing the error. C. E.
