On Mediums
The local hog market began
the week with the biggest boost
In months, with top quotation
of $4.50. This is raise of 75
cents orer the close of last week.
Lambs, and other meats remain
ed unchanged.' The dressed hog
price offer to raisers yesterday
was six cents, an even cent raise.
Eggs also climbed,. to tha best
price in some weeks: 11 cents
on mediums and. IS cents on
standards. No offers are made
for extras.
The grain market is weaker
locally, with oats down to from
$10 to $22 a ton, and barley at
$18 to $20 a ton.
