Fairview school held its annual
picnic at the schoolhouse Satur
day. A program was given in tho
morning with the Msy Queen pro
cession and other numbers. Queen
Evelyn Thorpe I reigned, Helen
Kotka and Viola Bell Thorpe acted
as attendants, and Jean Taskinen
as flower-girl. A picnic dinner
was served at noon, and baseball
games played ln the afternoon.
