found guilty of possession of am
unregistered still and sentence
imposed by Justice of the Peace
Miller Hayden was $500 fine ant
six months in the county Jail.
Krebs, through Attorney Paul
Burr is, immediately appealed and
bail was continued at 1 7 at.
Krebs posted bond for bail short
ly after his arrest by state and,
city police officers March 20 fa,
the basement of a house at 2327
South Commercial.
The trial was probably as brief
as any held before Judge Hay
dea, with the state calling only
City Police Officers Coffey and

While no direct conectlh has

spectively, the two cases are gen
