of Delinquency boand In book
form, as required by law, issued
to Marlon County, Oregon, the
plaintiff herein, on the 14 th day
of August, 12$, by the sheriff
and tax collector of Marlon Coun
ty, Oregon, and filed by him on
the 20th day of August. 1923, in
the office of the County Clerk of
Marlon County. State of Oregon,
for the delinquent taxes for the
year 1918 upon and including all
the property on the tax rolls in
said Sheriff and Tax Collector's
office for said year, upon which no
Certificate of Delinquency had
previously been issued, and con
taining all the property upon
which taxes are delinquent for
aid year.
